Returns

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it via tracking. Your delivered date is day 1 and 13 days after delivery day to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 This Return and Refund Policy adheres to only physical items purchased that are shipped via parcel or delivered to in hand to hand business trade.

 

 We document each and every item's IMEI number, serial number and model number in our inventory for each item we sell. If and when approved for a return we will match the incoming return item's identification numbers with our documents and your return item must match the item’s IMEI & serial number that was shipped to you. If a different IMEI & serial number item is returned and/or item hardware or software is modified in any way, shape or form we will not issue a refund under any circumstances. We are not responsible for return labels, return shipping costs or lost/stolen items. All items returned to us (phones and Unlock Sim cards) must be received and inspected for no damage or alterations in any way, shape or form from when the item was shipped to the customer.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. The purchaser is responsible for getting the item back to us in the same condition as it was when sent out.

 We ship all of our products free of charge to all 50 United States. We do envoke and choose to opt for a signiture upon delivery to ensure each and every parcel makes it to the intended customer safe. This protects both you the consumer and us the merchant. It will be our choice who we use for shipping partner. It will be one of the three, USPS, UPS or FedEx. Again, a signiture will be required no matter who we elect to ship through.  Once shipped you wil be notified with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 days processing before tracking information os forwarded to the buyer.
